Your First Facial, Explained
A first facial does not require an elaborate skincare routine or a vocabulary of ingredients. It starts with a conversation. Tell your therapist how your skin has been feeling, what you currently use and what you would enjoy from the appointment.
Some clients want a quick refresh; others want time for a longer ritual. The service menu gives you a starting point, and a consultation helps clarify the steps before you settle in.
Before You Arrive
When requesting your appointment, mention any particular sensitivities, recent treatments or products you would like to discuss. You can arrive with makeup on, because cleansing is part of the facial. It can also help to bring the names of products you use regularly if you would like to talk about them.
During the Appointment
Your therapist will explain the selected service and check your comfort. The facial may include cleansing, exfoliation, massage, a mask and finishing care, depending on your choice and the consultation. The order and available options are discussed with you.
You can ask for a quieter appointment, a softer touch or more explanation. There is no right way to enjoy a facial: the important part is being able to say what feels comfortable.
After Your Treatment
Before you leave, ask about the products used and any aftercare relevant to the service. Your therapist can explain the finishing steps and discuss whether you would like to plan another visit. You do not need to decide on a long-term routine in a single appointment.
Where to Start
The Express Refresh Facial offers a shorter introduction. The Signature Facial allows more time for a complete treatment and conversation. If you are undecided, request a beauty consultation and choose the next step together.
