The website does not take online payments. If a deposit or another payment arrangement is required for a particular appointment, it must be communicated and agreed separately.

Changes, cancellations and arrival

If you need to cancel, change a service or adjust your preferred time, contact the service provider as soon as possible. Sending a new website request does not automatically cancel or amend a confirmed appointment.

Any cancellation notice period, deposit condition or missed-appointment charge must be explained before the booking is agreed and must comply with applicable law. These website terms do not introduce a fixed cancellation fee or make a deposit automatically non-refundable.

Consultation, preparation and aftercare

Some treatments require a consultation, preparation or a patch test. The team will explain any requirements relevant to the selected service and may need to rearrange or decline a treatment where those requirements have not been met or the service is unsuitable.

Tell the therapist about information relevant to carrying out the treatment safely, using a private conversation where appropriate. Follow the preparation and aftercare instructions supplied for your service. Do not put detailed medical history into the general website form.
