Start with the Look You Like
Soft and understated, gently shaped or a little more defined: a useful brow consultation begins with how you like your brows to look in everyday life. Tell your therapist how much makeup you usually wear and whether you are maintaining your current shape or considering a change.
A reference photograph can help describe a preference, but it is a starting point for a conversation. Your own brows and the finish you enjoy should guide the plan.
Shape and Colour Do Different Jobs
A shaping appointment focuses on the outline and the areas you would like to tidy. A tint appointment focuses on colour. You may prefer one service or a combined visit; the menu separates them so you can choose with a clear idea of the duration and price.
Before treatment, ask your therapist to explain the proposed shape and available shades. It is the right moment to mention areas you want to leave alone or grow out.
Make Time for Preparation
Some brow and lash treatments require a patch test before the appointment. Contact the salon when you are trying a service for the first time so the team can explain what is needed for the selected product. Mention previous reactions and any relevant sensitivities during the conversation.
Keep the Conversation Open
You can ask questions during your appointment and take a look at the finish before you leave. If you prefer a subtler colour or a softer shape next time, mention it. Small preferences help your therapist understand what feels most like you.
Choose Your Appointment
Start with a Brow Shape for an outline-focused visit, Brow Shape & Tint for both shape and colour, or a consultation to explore the choices first. Lash services are also listed separately with their own appointment durations.
